DecodePublic excludes canonical internal members before invoking JSON decoders.

FilterPublic shares canonical JSON filtering with a registered JSON decoder. The caller retains its existing decoder and native presence reconstruction.

markPresence records authored JSON keys on generated set-marker holders. JSON decoding remains encoding/json's responsibility; this traversal only projects source presence onto its already-decoded typed object graph.
