Package config holds cross-package operator configuration that more than one internal package needs to read — starting with the connectivity-check bypass.

Package gitlab is the GitLab provider: Provider implements scm.Provider on top of the GitLab REST API (gitlab.com/gitlab-org/api/client-go).

Package ignorable decides which resource diffs are "ignorable": diffs whose every changed line matches a configured regex, such as a Helm chart bump that only touches version labels.

Package scm holds the source-control-provider abstraction: the neutral types every provider (GitHub today) speaks in, so the rest of argo-diff does not depend on any one provider's API types.
