CompilerEnvironment gives only the macOS NSIS child a UTF-8 locale. Its Unicode compiler can abort under the C locale (upstream NSIS issue 1165).

Create overrides only the generated installer's destination. Relative script assets continue to resolve beside the project's script. A private wrapper adds companion executables, leaving the project's script and binary untouched.
