Package probe answers the liveness probe on the admin server of app api,
apart from the public routes.
Live answers the liveness probe. Each @REST line is a route.
@REST(method=GET, path=/live, server=admin)
@REST(method=HEAD, path=/live, server=admin)
Plugins builds the admin server: every response says which server served
it. A []Plugin provided under the name of a server reaches only that
server; rest and grpc take the default (unnamed) one.
