Package otelutil holds the shared plumbing behind framingo's telemetry services (tracing, metrics): the name-to-factory Registry their exporter subpackages register into from init(), and the transport-agnostic otlp config vocabulary (Duration, Retry, Config, the strict Decode) their factories build exporters from.

Package paramutil reads and writes parameters in the notations they are spelled in - a=b&c=d, a=b c='d e', a=b,c=d, --a=b -v - and merges one set of them over another, a key keeping the place it was first written at while taking the value it was last given.

Package testutil holds test helpers shared across framingo's own packages and usable by apps built on it: a SQLite-backed db.Manager, and doubles for the model interfaces a component receives.

Package traceutil adapts framingo's explicit model.Tracer handle to the plain OpenTelemetry interfaces that third-party instrumentation expects.
