Module lifecycle commands.

Facet Studio discovers installed module binaries, describes them, and invokes their capabilities as bounded detached processes. Modules are never imported as Go packages: they are separate programs speaking a JSON-over-CLI protocol, so a module can be upgraded, removed, or written in another language without touching the host.
