Example: Chronicle plugin system.

Demonstrates creating custom plugins that implement BeforeRecord (enrichment), AfterRecord (notification), and SinkProvider (custom output sink). Plugins are registered with the plugin Registry which dispatches hook calls at O(1) cost per event.
