func DecodeQuoted(source string) (string, string, error)

DecodeQuoted decodes one JSON-compatible quoted operand and returns the unconsumed source. Literal horizontal tabs are normalized to the equivalent JSON escape before decoding; every other quoted-string validation rule is retained.
