ConfigureJaeger is kept for backward compatibility, but Jaeger exporter is deprecated upstream. Prefer ConfigureOTLP with a Collector routing to Jaeger.

ConfigureOTLP sets up tracing using the OTLP exporter (recommended). It honors standard OTEL_* env vars.
