migrate

Overview ¶

Command migrate applies pending database migrations and exits. It is the standalone migration runner used by local dev (`make up`) and CI to bring a database up to date before tests, and the first step of every container boot. The target database comes from the same config the services read: the YAML file and its secrets file when CONFIG_DIR or CONFIG_PATH is set, the TOML files (selected by ENV) otherwise.
