migrate

Overview ¶

Command migrate applies pending database migrations and exits. It is the standalone migration runner used by local dev (`make up`) and CI to bring a database up to date before tests. The target database is resolved from config the same way the services resolve it (selected by ENV), so it needs no extra configuration.
