Placeholders are the tokens `glab api` expands in a request path or field value, without their leading colon. Exported so documentation and the bundled skills can be checked against the real set rather than a copy of it: a token that is not here is not a placeholder, and is sent to the API verbatim.

Order matters. The regexp alternation below tries these in sequence, so a longer token must precede any token that prefixes it.
