Package binaries holds the Spec for each binary glab manages, so command
packages and glab check-update share one definition.
All returns every managed binary, in the order glab check-update reports them.
DuoCLI describes the GitLab Duo CLI binary run by `glab duo cli`.
Orbit describes the GitLab Orbit CLI binary run by `glab orbit`. MaxCompatibleMajor
is left unset (uncapped) while Orbit is pre-1.0.
