RunPull hydrates a workspace's media from the object store (spec 0039 §3.5, R-STO-7): every media.lock entry missing locally fetches at its PINNED version and verifies by hash — this is what makes a fresh CI clone (authored state + manifest via git, no media) self-sufficient before a render or post. Locally-modified files are protected unless --force.
