Migrate moves every literal credential in the user config into the accounts file, then removes it from the user config.

It moves ONLY credential-shaped keys. The platform wiring beside them — app_id, user_id, client_id, channel_id — is not secret and has no business in an accounts file; keeping the two apart is the whole point of the split.
