func New(runtime *bridge.Runtime, filesystem *fs.Module, allowExec bool, startedAt time.Time, hostVersion, hostVersionHash string, reportError func(*goja.Runtime, []goja.Value)) *Module
New constructs the process module. hostVersion and hostVersionHash are reported via process.versions and are the embedding application's own version identity, not part of the JS runtime itself; an empty hostVersion falls back to "unknown".
